I'm a little bit miffed with Historic England. One of the buildings at my workplace is shortly to undergo a major refurb, and Historic England objected to the placement of a lift which is to be installed at the front entrance to serve wheelchair users and those with mobility issues. They wanted it to be moved behind a pillar so it was less obvious. They can naff off, frankly - we don't and shouldn't hide the disabled or the facilities they require to lead a full life!!
