My wife and children tell me the house needs a cat - who am I to disagree. In days gone by the local grapevine would put you in touch with someone whose cat had just had a litter. Anyone know of a new litter in the Stroud Green area?

There are always kittens at North London Cats at Archway and at the Mayhew. They will come to you litter trained and vaccinated, best to adopt from there.
