(Seasonal Affective Disorder), but think have found a solution - treating with morning light therapy - it's working! Remarkable. So here I am again positive & forward-thinking & elf-friendly.
This is important to me, interested to know if others have experienced this or got any other solutions. They say around 5% of the population suffers from S.A.D.
