I know who he is, where he lives and something about what he seems to be interested in. Indeed we follow each other on Twitter. I think he is a real person and his heart is probably in the right place, but he has been duped by Next Door into believing it can make him into some kind of community activist. Perhaps a bit naive. Ignore him.
