Well they might get rid of that puddle just before the ramp at the park end, but it seems no one is responsible for sweeping the bridge. One day last summer I noticed a slice of black pudding by the fence, half way along the bridge. At the time I was using the bridge almost daily, and I kept seeing the black pudding for at least a week more. I thought it was extremely odd that it was there in the first place, and then that it wasn't disposed of by a street sweeper, fox, or rat for several days.

I see them when passing that end of the park, they just seem to stand by the main path not really doing a lot, although normally smoking.
