Rowan trees with berries

Has anyone noticed any street Rowan trees in the area with berries, especially low hanging ones? If so please say where as I'd like to harvest a few to do some magic with them.* (The berries are red, poisonous uncooked).

*Specifically Rowan jelly, though traditionally Rowan trees are associated with paganism too.

I think there's some around Axminster Rd/Sussex Way area just off Seven Sisters Rd - not sure how low hanging they are though.

Berries ripe on several trees in Corbyn St, though not all that low hanging. A small step ladder would do it.
