Handy person recommendations?

Any recommendations for a handyman/woman for a small job? Bathroom blind needs hanging and measures are out by a centimetre, so probably requires drilling new holes and/or retiling, don't have tools or expertise. Also getting a bit fed up of neighbours potentially getting an uncalled forceful and unpleasant shock.

My usual handyman is still self-isolating
