Recommendation - someone to fit new door

Hi all - we are in the process of selling our flat and need to have a new door fitted to comply with fire regulations (we are on the second floor and it is a door linking the communal area to our flat). We are in the process of getting quotes for the installation and have received a real range... Has anyone had to do this recently and would recommend the person/company they used?
