Good Builders/Roofers who might take a smallish local job?
Hi all, we have a slightly bodged 70s flat-roofed extension to our house, with some gaps where the fascia boards meet the walls.
We've now got squirrels nesting in the ceiling! I am anxious about them chomping the electrics and causing fire risk, so want to deal with this promptly. I have spoken to pest control, who are confident they can rid us of the squirrels, but they will not deal with the gaps.
I suspect we need the fascia boards replaced and that it's 3-5 days work for someone competent.
Has anyone got any friendly, helpful, local people they can recommend? We'd be really grateful for any leads. Thanks!
