Noticed a bailiff notice up on the pub today.

Yes, I’ve seen that too. Not sure what happened.
Hope it’s not going to close for good as it is one of the best pub in the area.

I didn't see the actual notices but a lot of rent arrears are still protected under lockdown legislation so it sounds pretty harsh from the landlord.
