Upper Tollington Park is closed
There are Thames Water roadworks on Upper Tollington Park between Oxford Road and Florence Road that block both lanes, leaving just the residents' bay on one side untouched. There is a barrier across the road with 'Road Closed' signs and a diversion.
Not that this seems be stopping vehicles though. I earlier witnessed (and filmed) a motorist get out of his car, move the barrier around the work out of the way before getting into his car and squeezing through the gap. Others are simply mounting the pavement.
