Homeless guy outside Sainsbury’s - his dog attacked my friends dog tonight

Hello thanks for reading, outside Sainsbury’s tonight at the top of Stroud Green Road near The Dairy around 11:15pm the guy that sits outside Sainsbury’s tonight didn’t have his dog held and it attacked my friends dog. My friends dog is small and left him with lacerations from his teeth and the poor dog was left shaken and bleeding. I’ve seen the guy outside there for years can anyone give any advice as to how to report this?

Sorry to hear this happened to the poor dog! I don’t have any experience in this, but I suppose the way to report it would be to call 101 and speak to the local police?
