Holly Park estate - loads of residents phoning cops and council over open dealing at the Blythwood Road end of estate - e-bikes coming to and fro and bag of stash in bushes - we got one visit from community support officers (aka CHIMPS - Can't Help In Most Police Situations). And it's basically impossible to speak directly with any local police.
Try holding a protest anywhere in London and you'll have dozens of police turn up to "prevent criminal behaviour", but actual crimes that people worry about are ignored. It's an absolute sh*tshow.
