I'd urge all residents affected by these issues to add pins to the map to flag up problematic behaviour. N.B. It's important to add pins even if the problem has been listed by someone else - the council/police will prioritise money/resources to hotspots just as they only investigate repeated criminal behaviour in one particular location after receiving at least 8 - 10 reports from residents.
