@MfL - I can recommend Gerard's Weight Watchers Group on Fridays at 7pm at Union Church (cnr. Weston Park/Ferme Park Rd). I'll give you a chocolate eclair for every pound you lose. Failing that, AA meetings are held in same place at same time (different room)...
