Let 'em go I say. Although we could end up with a row of empty shops, especially in the current environment, worth the risk for the chance of a bit of diversity at that end of the street. Never liked the fact that one business owned so many shops all next to each other.
For a million a year, they could buy themselves a car park nearby. Or do a deal with John Jones or something.
I love their supermarket! One of the only ones with no meat smells and a great range
As if you would spend an hour looking through bins full of sketchy badly packaged conditioner etc. and if you were so bothered you'd go and move the car somewhere else or put another pay and display ticket on it.

Awesome. Clearly a destination shop, like a holy star in the night but for pretend hair rather than prophets of God.
But its a nonsense argument isn't it? If you've got 5-6 spaces outside your shop, you'd rather them turnover every hour to get more custom wouldn't you? If the shopper could stay three hours, they'd do exactly the same as they do now in Pak but then use the extra time to hit Tesco's or whatever else is on their list.
I love this bit....
"shops frequented by the likes of....footballer Ashley Cole" Thats reason enough to shut them down.
I think the area would be better off without Paks - 1 shop fair enough but it's just too much. It's not losing money because of parking restrictions, I'd say you can get all those products much cheaper online and when the credit crunch bites maybe just the 1 wig will do.
