Musicians practising bass - think on Elyne Road
Is this bothering anyone else? It's going on in some garden structure and it's entering my brain in my dining room. Trying to be patient but it's LOUD. Started about 2 months ago (I don't mean it's continuous). Still.
Does sound insulation work to bloick everything out? If so they haven't done that. I want them to get headphones.
I'm in Oakfield Road not right next door by any stretch..
