Hi everyone, I would like to share some of my paintings of Stroud Greens blossom trees. Stroud Green was designed as a garden area of outer London (in the William Morris style). The blossom trees contribute to the feel of the area against the background of the Victorian buildings and the green front gardens. I have painted them over a number of years - you don't have to go far for beauty!
The first painting is from Florence road - this has been cut down now. The other three are all from Lorne road, sadly some of these trees have also been cut down now.
I will put up a few more paintings of surviving trees soon!
