Hi All
This is my first time here, and I'm posting an ad, of all things. The nerve of some people...
I have a large double room to rent in the 2-bed flat where I live, in Woodstock Road. It's going to be available from 7th March, and I'm looking for someone friendly, solvent and house-trained; initially for 6 months but possibly longer. The flat itself is split-level, nice and bright, with a balcony, large lounge and kitchen. It's also in a really good spot, between the Fullback and the tube - so thought I'd see whether any locals are interested before I advertise worldwide.
The price is £550 pcm inclusive. Happy to email email photos or arrange a look-around if anyone's interested.
Thanks
Jayne

um
Jaffa Cakes or... if they don't qualify...a chocolate finger or plain chocolate digestive from the fridge
Pizza-wise, Porchetta wins by a mile, but the place really needs a lick a of paint.
So does anyone need a room?
Sometimes you can't beat a good fig roll though.
I like malted cow biscuits, or whatever they're really called.
And Jayne - it's nice to see we've brought you down to our level.
I do hate a lot of things, but I love this website, and pink wafers, so I'm not all evil. And Tosscat, you have obviously never tasted a Farley's rusk (no, I don't have children).
What's a lemon quadratini? is it like a lemon puff? I suspect not.
This biscuit conversation may be my favourite yet.
Now I want a fig roll.
What were those cheap toffee biscuits - Toffe Pops..? Sunrise used to sell them and they were a bit like Twix but flatter. They were pretty good.

I even forgot they were round, it's been so long...
