I'm near Crouch Hill and it's definitely louder than other festivals. I can hear virtually every beat.

The sound is much, much louder than previous events. Yes, it's possibly the still weather, but it's a shame to have to shut my windows on such a nice day.

Free-range eggs have a code beginning 1UK on them. I always check for this when buying them to make sure that shop-keepers haven't swapped them about.

Crouch Hill station is in Zone 3. Finsbury Park is in Zone 2. Therefore SG occupies a pleasing ground between the two.

Yes, the other big Sainsbury's is a 20 min stroll for me too. I try to avoid Endymion, though. It's always madly chugged with traffic.

I saw Harriet Walter at Finsbury Park tube last night. I like her, but she was doing that annoying thing of chatting to a friend as they stood on each side of the rail in the tunnel down to the platforms. people were trying to get past. Tsk.
