Some of Brisket's food was decent, however the staff were sometimes rubbish, there was no real identity about the place and no connection with customers. Take Max for instance, he goes out of his was to make you welcome, have a chat etc. That was co…
Herbs in a burger!? And not steak, it needs to be at least 20% fat for flavour & for me it has to be american cheese for that proper melt, cheddar is a massive no no!
I found the burgers at the Shaftsbury over cooked, great Thai in there though.
When the Noble was first taken over by LKB they had a limited menu and the burger was fkin amazing! Haven't tried since the refit though..
So..good beers, but I think they missed the mark for a local boozer.
Gone are the comfy sofas, sadly 6th form chairs all round & grouped tables which works in Brewdog, but I'm sure will return to smaller individual tables at some point.

There was a limited menu, so just burgers (Cheese & bacon, Hot & spicy & a veggie option) & skin on chips..oh a beer stick cured sausages. All really nice + beer
Been in there a couple of times this week, fantastic beers and the burgers are amazing!
It's been very quite in there though, hope word spreads and they get more custom.
I've been to Front Room twice, both times food undercooked and terrible service. I struggle to find a decent breakfast in SG, Dukes in Hackney is worth the journey, their brunch menu is out of this world.
£7 for a sandwhich made of quality ingredients, is huge and is not made by a huge chain is good value. Same for craft beers, you can't compare small batch production against breweries that churn out millions of pints a day.
Went in tonight for a couple, had lovely London Fields Ale on tap, the hot dogs were very very good. The decor left me cold, some strange colour schemes and mix of woods that didn't fit together, shame as the old shabby look suited.
Most of the way up Crouch Hill here & yesterday was piss take loud.
Mind you, I'm more upset that a few years back i would have been in attendance having it large rather than sitting at home worrying about peace & quite! ;-)
Very sad to hear about you cat it's my biggest fear.
I live on Crouch Hill on the corner of blythwood Road and our cat was run over too, thankfully someone was kind enough to take him to the vets and he has made a slow, but full recovery.
Yo…
No, but I had probably my worst E Mono Lamb Shwarma last week... The staff were arguing, clearly not caring about what they slung in a wrap. Shame as they have been amazing!
