  • Thanks Poxy. Sounds great. It's a medium-sized second bedroom - about 2metres by 3 metres, perhaps? Though maybe smaller. I'm useless at measuring these things without a measuring tape. I'm in Shaftesbury Road, just off Crouch Hill.
