Heaven forfend that the vulnerable" individuals/homeless/alcoholics etc and people with related social problems could actually be local too.

And I think this makes the crossing even more dangerous as the 30mph sign is much brighter than the crossing beacons so drivers' eyes are drawn towards that and won't see the crossing....

The lady with the feet - I saw her in the post office and she was very sweet, and I went home and cried because of the state of her feet (and the smell). I rather admire the UTP walking up and down man's exercise regime.

That is a shame, it was very useful for presents - especially emergency ones when you couldn't face Crouch End. First post too, hello, have been reading with alarm about the demise of independent business on SGR.
