For what it's worth it does seem that Picturehouse are on board with the Cinema plans although that could be a long way off. That's something Finsbury Park hasn't had in a few decades.
Regarding the separate lift/stair building, I think that's generally a good idea with residential towers because it keeps the noise away from the apartments.
