Not all under the NHS. It varies depending on your area whether you get your free hearing aids in hospital or from another provider. It's beginning to be privatised. Early days, but hope the service will be as good as the services for glasses.

Be careful though, there have been cases of mistaken identity. For example, you don't want to mistake foxglove for something like comfrey - the former does not make for a nice cup of herbal tea!

Perhaps KRS would have his butler pick it up and transfer it to his country house? I believe you can burn dirty smokey fuel if you have certain appliances that comply (ie that can burn the fuel without emitting excessive smoke).

Didn't go to a McDs drive-through in America, but my experience of In-N-Out Burgers in LA was that there is no eat-in space (or very minimal), so you either ate in the car park or the outdoor benches or drive home.
