  • Peter Capaldi coming out of a house on (I think) Abbeville Road, v close to back entrance to Priory Park. Not close enough to hear expletives.

  • I asked what was being shot as I walked past, and was told it was a feature film called "Dreams of a Life" or similar. The woman I spoke to (who was only to eager to tell me all about it) said to look out for it in about a year.

  • The Aber, up Crouch Hill, is v comfortable and nice; think this is the one miss annie is talking about. It has scaffolding / tarpaulins on the roof at the moment but still seems to be open for business.
