We had this alot on Virgin - my partner eventually phoned them up and they took about 2 hrs to show him how to connect to a different 'channel' as apparently ours might have been too busy with other users! anyway so far so good so if anyone else is …

Just to let you know N4 GAS seemed pleasant to deal with on the phone and gave us a price for the annual service/identifying the leak of £70 which seems quite reasonable for London prices....correct me if I am wrong though!

Just to let you know we also used Jenny (who I believe is reall Yenny?) Her and her mother did a really good job although I did think that there were not the cheapest at £90 for 4 1/2 hours work when I did think that we were going to be only paying…
