I think there is a pretty simple answer to Medi's drive for custom that doesn't need self written Qype reviews. Concentrate hard on making really good pizzas using good quality ingredients. There isn't great competition here as although there are other places there is no stand out pizza.

To pick up from Ian's post, I think the pizza they make is quite decent, but it might be an idea to have a menu in the window, with prices and everything. To expect people to come in just based on the alluring idea of 'pizza' is perhaps expecting a bit much.

Also, medi, if you don't do pasta, don't advertise it! It doesn't help that you can offer antipasti, because that's something different. Being a genuine Italian you should know!

Terrible Spanish, but very fluent Italian. Krappy even calls me cabbagedickhead, which is impressive, although a little obscure.
Are you actually Italian, Krappy? Your use of the subjective suggests that you might be, or that you have lived there (with your parents, in Rome?), or that you have some higher qualification in the language.

If nothing else this has served to confirm my long-held suspicion that Spanish and Italian are essentially the same language and they're just being difficult by claiming otherwise.

Pretty much true of all languages if you remove Latin and replace 19th with 20th where appropriate (i.e. outside W Europe)
