If the bacon and sausages are good quality I'd be nervous if I ran the Front Row. Hope it all goes well.
(There shouldn't be an apostrophe in strawberries is my pedantic comment.)
There shouldn't be an apostrophe in Bloody Marys either. It's not pedantic to point out the error. If people don't know how to use them, then they should learn, not just put them in wherever they imagine - it's not complicated.
The froth/foam thing is to make things taste more intense - is it not the same principle as slurping wine?
On the bubble and squeak issue - I've never seen how this is a year round item, nor how it can be a regular on menus.
It is an opportunistic dish to be made with left-over potatoes and sprouts, and you should never eat sprouts until they have seen a frost.
A really good, properly turned-out Eggs Benedict is on my wish list too. I believe there have been issues over hot or cold and the correct muffins at The Other Place. Looks like Eggs Benedict Saturday at the Dairy then?
I don't think that there is a prescribed recipe for bubble and squeak, it's a leftovers dish and anything goes. Although it's best when made with brassicas.
Buck's Fizz should have an apostrophe non?
