I'm sorry, I'm sure that the answers to this are spread out in different threads, but I haven't been able to keep up. I've noticed work being done in three locations and was wondering who was moving in. First, what was once Walnut is now being completely demolished inside.. who is moving in? Second, the shop at the end of the strip opposite to N4 Coffee (formerly Vagabond) appears to be in the renovation process - I think I read that it will be a wine shop? And finally, the ground floor building across from Pizza X Drink and diagonal from Brave Sir Robin appears to be all shiny and new... but I have no idea what they're going to be selling!
Anyone more in the know?

Not to sure what is going on in the other places.
I also saw some work happening next to "Season" Restaurant and in the former "Street N4" Burger place next to the theater.
No one has mentioned ex-Italian Farmers which is opening soon as a very similar sounding deli!

I suddenly completely lost interest in that place.
He owned the Triangle, and had Yamina's cafe bar on SGR, ( may be Urban Native now?) We made several noise complaints about this place, he must have 'friends' at Haringey Council as they gave him our name, address and phone number and he put a note through our door and called leaving messages for me to meet him and 'sort things out' - maybe he is still the freeholder of these buildings? A favourite trick was putting his Mum's name on the license as I recall. The place on corner of Japan Crescent is obviously 'mutiple' dwelling and beyond weird.
Re Baccus, has anyone noticed that they have totally ripped off OakN4's branding?

Zelman was never busy when i went in there, in fact on the last (ever) occasion the staff were outside and i was inside for about 10 minutes before i left.
I really hope they stick around.
