First time seeing it in the flesh today. Obviously the timing wasn't ideal but the quality of finish is good and I was pretty impressed. M&S going in will be key but so much better to access the tube station this way.
3rd trendiest neighbourhood in the country!!?
Their map annoys me, especially when they say Rowans is firmly in SG but it's not according to their map...
Ben Hume-wright - sg.org's favourite plumber who now only does boiler installations. Great service and really nice guy.

I took a photo from a book I own and I don't think it's avalaible online, I've realised the colours haven't come across great in my photo and most of the orange is actually general blast damage
The maps only go up to the then London Council boundary so nothing on the east side of SGR.
Black = total destruction

I keep catching glimpses of the crane from various roads/views through Stroud Green - the end building is going to be a similar height I think to the crane so this is going to appear a monster.
Work seems to be progressing well.
Agree about LBI (a…
Deli wars is back on, Italian Farmers is open again after months of work to do as far as I can tell pretty much nothing.
Wonder whether any of the new openings on SGR will be deli's too - the former furniture shop (I think) near Yak and Yeti looks …
I think it's because the bus service needs to get to south Tottenham/seven sisters? And the only way it can really do that is via Finsbury Park but the road closure on SGR means it has to go via hornsey road. You've said all of that so not sure why …
