The Friends of Grenville Gardens help to maintain a public park and gardens which has been redeveloped for the benefit of the local community to include a renovated children's play area, frog pond and opportunities for community gardening, including accessible raised beds for vegetable growing. FROGG Green Gym is funded by Awards for All to provide access to outdoor, gardening activities. Open to all ages, levels of fitness and experience, our Green Gym session run every Friday from 20th March 2015 at 11am - 1pm  Activities include: - building flower beds- planting - watching and recording wildlife levels- labelling plants- writing signs- park development- mulching (spreading compost over flower beds)- weeding- pond maintenance- litter picking- seed sowing Attending a green gym session is perfect for anyone interesting in:- increasing time spent outdoors- improving fitness - meeting people - learn new skills Sessions will include activities to suit all levels. If your group or someone you know is interested in attending please do not hesitate to contact us.
