Big planned development on Ormond Road where the wholesale plumbers building currently is. 4 stories high and Would significantly overlook Grenville gardens. Planning app P2021/3029/FUL. Would appreciate views on whether this seems suitable!

Looks passable to me. Commercial below, apartments above is a good principle. Cladding in London stock bricks is good, though I don't much like the design and detailing. It's north of the park so shouldn't lead to overshadowing. Given its surrounded by four (in one case 5)-storey buildings I'm slightly surprised that they've only gone for 4-storey here.
