The new Tollingtons is by the people who own the Plimsoll rather than the Triangle I think. Am looking forward to trying it out, though it's obviously not a chippy any longer.
Not sure if i'd classify it as a hipster venue, it's just a restaurant s…
I use Torrance on Seven Sisters. The dentists are nice and seem to be plenty of appts available. Only caveat is they try to do the bare minimum at NHS prices, but i think that applies to pretty much all dentists these days.
Just been for a run, huge areas of the park are trashed, so sad to see. It's not even recovered properly from Tough Mudder.
Would love to see an itemised list of where all that revenue gets spent to improve the park, like are they ever going to do …
Yep.
Friday 30 June - Jamie T
Saturday 1 July - Pulp
Sunday 2 July - The 1975
Friday 7 July - Wireless
Saturday 8 July - Wireless
Sunday 9 July - Wireless
Then we get that side of the park back, good to see the tennis courts are still open th…
The fact that it is still scarred 6 weeks after the event says it all really. Good it's recovering though, just in time for the next onslaught..
On that note does anyone know of a link where you can see all the dates for festivals etc in the park?
My review after a visit on Friday:

I have no info, but my guess would be license issues would be related to finance issues?
Is a huge loss, if not the BSR it would be great if another brewery took the place on, it's got an established reputation and customer base (even before it was…
I wasn't made keen on the idea of a Greene King but just realised the Maynards is one of theirs so I assume that's the vibe they'll be going for. Will never replace the loss of the Brave though, chalk and cheese in comparison.
I like the Stapleton …
There's some scaffolding gone up around the pub, so looks like something is happening.
I hope it re-opens soon, with the demise of the BSR we need somewhere decent to drink!
A massive loss to the area IMO. One of the best pubs of that ilk and was on our doorstep, hopefully someone may take on the venue with something similar.
Wouldn't recommend the one near the station after they misplaced/stole some items in my car.
The place on Upper Tollington (between Nandos and the health centre thing) are pretty good, not sure if they'll be able to deep clean as much as you need…
