Try checking on Olio? I've seen sourdough started, kombucha SCOBY, and kefir grains on there before, so I wouldn't be surprised if some vinegar mothers popped up from time to time!

I love the concept of Rub, Brisket, and even O&H, the trouble is the food just wasn't good enough. Last time I was at whatever it was called at the time, the mac'n'cheese was mushy and the ribs were dry.

Very disappointing! I'd love a decent little cocktail bar around the station. SIN has good cocktails, but the bar is too small and restaurant too busy to really be a reliable post-work/theatre drink option.
