Any good knitting groups/courses

I do lots of small creative work that involves sewing and sticking. It would be great to do this in the company of other likeminded folk instead of on my own. How would you all feel about me bringing my things along and joining you from time to time?

I agree. I want to explore my creative side. I believe we all have hidden creative talents so a creative group could be set up with us all teaching each other.

Hi Misscara, you were telling me how hard it was to knit the hat I was doing in bamboo wool. I was bonding with the eccentric lady. It's something I do.

An evening meet up would be great and the fullback could be a good place to start. The saturday group was nice but I did feel like I woul like to do it in the evening.

I would knit every so often if it was round here. Thursday usually works for me... I am 'beckyisknitting' on ravelry - my space is a bit of a mess right now... need to delete all the projects that I'm clearly never going to finish.

I can't do this week, but if you go on to another week, I'll try and come. I've only done a couple of rows of that hat Misscara. I had no idea the band had to be stitched on later. I thought I was doing the band, no wonder I was confused.

I think I can make it this Thursday at the Fullback. Misscara will know what I look like from ravelry so shout at me if I'm wandering around looking lost! Is there a plan of where to sit? I have a load of kidsilk haze I'd happily donate to someone. I love the way it looks, but life is too short to put up with knitting it, imo.
