@dion - Maybe. Islington's standard policies are also a bit tighter than Haringey's, i.e. no PVC windows in Victorian buildings whatsever. Also worth keeping in mind that parts of the Islington side are covered by the Stroud Green and <br>Tollington conservation areas.
Still interested to find out if PVC windows are allowed in the Haringey conservation area, some are being installed in Lorne Road and I'm concerned that if they are allowed it could set a precedent. Are councils just allowed to make the rules up, or what?

Now proposal is with no car spaces but bigger and more expensive places with no allowance for people to have car permits. This seems wrong to me.
Small family / live work places with car space or more places which will be rented as at that cost noone will buy with no possibility of a car permit. Please help appeal
